Passive Infrared Detector – 1M (101210): The Passive Infrared Detector is an energy-saving Auto Switch. It turns ON when a person enters the detection field and turns OFF when the person leaves. Moreover, the unit is designed with adjustable light threshold sensors and time delay cycles. Also, equipped with a microcontroller chip, this device is designed to save electrical energy and reduce electrical bills.
Smart Passive Infrared Detector – 2M (102212): This infrared device is a new generation smart motion sensor switch along with adjustable light threshold sensors and time delay cycles. This unit is designed with selectable ON, OFF & Auto Function switch. Equipped with a microcontroller chip, this device is designed to be used as an energy-saving switch.

Installation of Goldmedal smart modular switches:

Choose installation position according to your need. The sensitivity of the device is greater when movement is across the switch instead of when a person is moving towards it. So, for optimum response, install the product in such a position that people move across the sensor.
However, avoid installing in an area exposed to direct sunlight.
Avoid installing it near a heat source, e.g. air conditioning, heating duct, or stove.
Additionally, do not install in boxes where there are thermostats.
Do not exceed the rated power level.
On completing installation, power up the appliance and check its operating status.
Installed on normally flammable surfaces.
Do not install the unit behind any obstruction.
Moreover, avoid sun rays or direct light beams falling directly on the unit.
