To avail the benefits, scan the QR code on the packaging. Following that, the customer must submit a legitimate invoice with GST to activate the insurance. The validity of the insurance would be 1 year from the date of activation and the insurance value will be 20 times the MRP of the lock purchased. Customers who encounter a burglary at home or a lock break-in can file a claim for the insurance. In order to collect insurance after a break-in or burglary, the customer/victim must present a valid copy of the FIR. The insurance policy also covers the loss of jewellery and high-end items.
