For twenty years, Superbrands has been the largest product and brand rating organisation in the world. It has been awarding the strongest and the best brands in Germany. In a pre-selection process, independent business experts from the Superbrands organisation track the best company and product brands and labels in a nation based on prior market research studies. These are then assessed by a 25-member jury. Out of over 1,350 nominated brands, the new award winners were selected by the jury members. Along with Stiebel Eltron, other award winners include Adidas, FC Bayern Munich, and Hansgrohe. Furthermore, Isabell Werth, the most accomplished dressage rider, was also honoured as a personality.
