Central Taiwan’s cluster advantage in full-chain procurement

Located adjacent to Taiwan’s most comprehensive hardware, hand tools, machinery components, automotive aftermarket, and metal processing industrial clusters, the Taichung International Convention and Exhibition Centre embodies the concept of “Exhibition as Origin, Origin as Brand”. Through a “front-shop, back-factory” model, buyers can coordinate on-site and directly connect with local supply chains. This will maximise Central Taiwan’s flexible, small-batch, high-variety production as well as reliable delivery agendas. This approach importantly lessens purchasing cycles while decreasing both costs and risks.

At TiTE x IHT 2025, the visitor will discover high-performance ratchet wrenches and specialised automotive repair tools. The event will also showcase riveting equipment and electronic diagnostic equipment, supporting electric and smart vehicle maintenance. It will further highlight Taiwan’s crucial role in the global aftermarket. Additionally, the event will present top brands such as KING TONY, WOLF’S HEAD, PROXENE, STAND, REDAI, EASEN, A-KRAFT, KARAT, Eclatorq, TIEN-I, JUN KAUNG, KUANI, MACHAN, LANCER, and more.

Japan’s Tsubame-Sanjo: Driving a  precision procurement platform

Aligned with the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Global Order-Grabbing Initiative and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council’s TAIWAN SELECT program, TiTE x IHT targets decision-making buyers from North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and many other countries. By collaborating with overseas offices and international trade organisations, the expo promises high-efficiency, one-on-one business linking.

Among the notable moments of this year’s show is the speech by Mr. Hasegawa, President of Japan’s Tsubame-Sanjo Trade Promotion Association. He will convey his thoughts on Japanese handiwork and innovative market adaptation, promoting the latest period of Taiwan-Japan industrial partnerships.

TiTE x IHT 2025: Brands and channels in the global acquisition network

The event will bring together leading brands such as Stanley Black & Decker, TONE, Snap-on, and Würth Group. The list will also include KTC Kyoto Tool, Bahco, and Facom. Grainger, Ace Hardware, Komeri, Cainz, and HomePro. Backed by Central Taiwan’s strong industrial ecosystem and flexible manufacturing, the show will foster cross-continental acquisition networks.
