Product Description
To protect the building from extreme weather conditions and other external factors, it is important to provide it with a protective shield. REHAU RAUSHELL Bravura is an excellent external wall cladding panel that can be used in combination with other materials and also as solo decorative panels. Moreover, it protects the building from not just harsh weather conditions but also from other negative irritants that might cause damage to it.
RAUSHELL Bravura is an HPL compact laminate with an intrinsic surface. A large number of resin-absorbing Kraft papers are impregnated to manufacture the decorative panels. The revolutionary Hot coating technology from Germany allows the covering up of the decorative surface with high-quality PU+ acrylic. This makes the surface highly durable and efficient. The panels remain pressed under a high temperature of 180° to 220°C and a pressure of 120 kg/cm2. These panels are highly stable, dense, and decorative on both sides with cellulose Kraft paper in the core layers. This allows more sturdiness in the panels, with a perfect strength-to-weight ratio.
Moreover, the external cladding panels come with many wonderful properties such as high UV stability, resistance to impact, fire, weather, scratch, termite, chemicals, graffiti, and usual wear and abrasion. These non-corrosive panels are easy to clean and low maintenance making them ideal for external usage. The panels also provide additional insulation to the building making it more energy-efficient.
