The sustainable Canadian Wood villa was built by MAK Projects in collaboration with FII India. MAK Projects is a premium infrastructure and housing development company. Over the years, the company has developed a reputation as one of the most widely known and professional property developers in India. The villa is celebrated for its beautiful sustainable design because it uses legal timber sourced from sustainably managed forests in Canada. Canadian Wood provided technical support, project management, and training while MAK Projects led the venture. The villa, a sustainable maiden venture for MAK Projects, became a huge success. The award-winning project also helped raise significant awareness about using environmentally friendly building materials in the Indian market.
