Baffle Ceiling, also called Hanging Baffle Metal Ceiling or Acoustic Sound Baffle is an open ceiling construction. These open-type ceiling designs are functional and contemporary. The ceiling is made up of a set of linear profiles which are vertically hung in various combinations and patterns. The materials used to make a baffle ceiling are wood, metal, aluminium, or any sound-absorbing material, that reduces airborne noise. The baffle ceiling provides full access to the concrete ceiling above and the plenum area.
