B&I: Which other cities would be getting similar displays?
SS: The long term vision is to have such display centres in the capital cities or Metro cities in each of the remaining regions in the country – North, South, Central, East, and North East.
B&I: Stiebel Eltron has some of the top distributors and dealers in India. What is the count as of today and what is the target for the next 1-2 years? Any new regions that you would be opening up Display Centres in India?
SS: We are currently represented in most of the markets across India with a POS presence in more than 100 stores. The efforts over the next 1-2 years would be to increase penetration in tier 3 and Tier 4 markets and to cover the balance pockets of business in Tier 2. The new regions we will be opening very soon are Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
