REHAU’s areas of operation include a diversified product portfolio that includes:
1. Furniture Solution (FS) – Offers a wide range of Edge bands, modern surfaces, laminates, floorings as well as ceiling solutions in interiors and fully fabricated custom-made components for millwork and cabinetry, etc. in the market.
2. Industrial Solution (IS) – Includes aerospace technology to 3rd rail solutions, commercial refrigeration, smart shopping, energy efficiency solutions, thermal insulation solutions, etc.
3. Building Solutions (BS) – REHAU in India offers plumbing & drainage systems solutions for hygiene drinking water and indoor climate control technologies used in housing, commercial buildings, and infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient supply. Apart from these, REHAU is also into radiant heating and cooling systems which helps to distribute energy uniformly and efficiently by circulating heated or chilled water through a network of pipes installed in floors, walls, or ceilings.
4. REHAU also provides wastewater management solutions for specialized projects.
The journey of REHAU
In the Indian market, REHAU has been manufacturing high-quality furniture edge bands that are non-toxic, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, heat-resistant as well as DOP-free (Di-octyl-phthalate). The edge bands come in a variety of textures, designs, and colours, making the product tough, resilient, and versatile.

REHAU has established three plants and multiple warehouses across the country in the last 25 years. Additionally, the company has two plants in Pune that produce edgebands, gaskets, and a variety of other industrial components. The third plant in Vadodara manufactures edge bands exclusively.

REHAU has added some huge names to its clientele base as it celebrates 25 years in the country. In 2015, REHAU built its second plant in Ranjangaon, Pune, very close to Whirlpool, to fulfill its global gasket requirement. Moreover, in the segment of underfloor heating and cooling solutions, REHAU has done campuses for Infosys. So, these are all platinum-rated green buildings. The brands like Jockey as well as Titan have their retail outlets in Mumbai equipped with REHAU Brilliant laminates; its Brilliant boards have been installed in Morgan Stanley’s Mumbai office. Also, REHAU provides a range of matching edgebands to all the laminates manufacturers in India like Merino, Greenlam, etc.
